Install help with 97 explorer + JBL system

Tried to hook up a pioneer 680 in one tonight, went through three different harness' and neither of them fight. Thanks circuit city, does anyone know what harness is the CORRECT one here ?

Oh, and do we need to bypass the stock amp ?

to bypass the amp just do not connect remote to the main harness.
