I will admit, we were a little lazy in the picture-taking efforts. Here a few pics of some of the equipment and such.

First off, the vehicle and equipment listing:

1999 Ford F-150 single cab

Sony CDX-GT200 (already installed)

Hifonics BXI1610D amp (4 ohm...~400 watts RMS.)

Pioneer TS-SW1201S4 (shallow-mount 12" 4ohm SVC)

Pioneer UD-SW12B Sealed shallow-mount enclosure, designed for above sub. (I know, I know...prefab, blah blah blah. Sounds pretty good, actually.)

KnuKonceptz 1/0 kit

Karma RCA's

KnuKonceptz Konfused 1/0 positive battery terminal

Speaker and remote wire from wire remnants I had lying around.

On to the pics:

First, had to remove the headliner to be repaired. Easier than I expected

Never saw a dome light like this. The electrical connection is made via the mounting screws

Removed radio and some dash pieces to run RCA's and remote wire

Pic of said RCA's

Couple pics of under-hood wiring

And a few pics of the finished product. It all came out pretty well, IMO

The install went pretty well, overall. The rack that the amp is mounted to was just thrown together with some 1/4" ply and some L-brackets, then screwed into the floor of the cab. Very sturdy, no worries.

My first install on a pickup. Not nearly as much of a PITA as I was expecting.

Thanks for looking!

I like it. Clean install..I used to have a reg cab Silverado, so I love seeing the Reg cab Truck installs.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Thanks!

Like I said, I was surprised how easy it was to install in this truck. I was ready for major problems, but none came. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Very clean install. You might want to think about getting a right angle plug adapter(about $3 or $4 from radioshack) for your mp3 cord. It makes it a little less likely that someone might snag it reaching for the radio.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Clear install, how's that brutus amp?
So far, so good. Pretty clean power at 4ohm. Moves that little shallow mount sub pretty well.

Nice and clean, I like it!
Little overkill on the wire, probably could have stuck with a 4g kit from Knu and been fine, but maybe he is upgrading? Either or, looks good!
4 gauge would have been fine, I know. But, I wanted to be done with it, in the event of the upgrade bug. Now, no worries //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I thought about that yesterday, but he is going to be buying a new HU in a couple of weeks. I will be doing the swap. So, it will be fine until then! Thanks though!
