i got to thinking today cuz i was bored and was wondering what would it do if you were to dynamat or second skin the inside of a sub box? like all the sides on the inside. would change anything would it help would it make it worse?

well what about ported then? if it wont do anything to a sealed, i dunno i was jus thinking maybe it would help the waves or somethin, i dont realy know much about that kinda stuff.

umm... yeh, i think that deadener isnt really as "dead" as MDf, although i might be wrong.. There IS an article on how MDF isnt actually totally sealed, but i dont think thats a big deal.. i beleive its sealed ENOUGH for ported applications.. I might have to try deadner in my box and mic. it.. but ive heard it doesnt do anything.. Like i said before there are other things that can affect waves that occur inside the box..
