IndoAudio Help please

So I made i dispute, I called to Indo and have spoken with them. We will see what happens. After all i still want to believe that it will be shipped soon. Will confirm it.

Ditto. Don't answer any more emails from them, forget them. Work with PayPal to get your money back. I'm glad I saw this, as I've considered buying some refurb'd units from them in the past, and now I know they'll NEVER get my business.

What a bunch of ****wads.

 
Indo has been using a dropship company for years now. I know this because one of my distribution companies that I use, is their main company for products. Though they have recently cut them off due to not paying for their products...They continue to scam thousands of people using false listings.. There just trying to sell off the rest of their inventory and take as much of anyone money as they can...kind of reminds me of the ZEB audio thing...

Meanwhile, get your money back. Chances are they dont have your product!

 
Yesterday when I spoke with them, the lady i talked to her first, was very helpfull and she understud why I´m not satisfied and why i can´t cancel paypal dispute. Than I taked to some guy, probably manager called Robert and he told me that they are in business for 8 years and they make a turnover in milions of $ so they don´t care about my 15 hundred bucks. so .....

anyway, yesterday they told me they have everything ready and they can ship it after i cancel the dispute. But because I can´t dispute twice for one deal I said sorry I can´t cancel before You ship. Than after that I got an email:

Ships with no problem, will scan and arrive shortly.

lol the same words as before, no time and date just shortly. no tracking nr. just wait shortly we ship :)

I trust them last time that they have it and will ship it whithin 48 hours. So if I don´t have the fuc.... trackign nr tommorow I escalate the dispute to a claim a go to buy somewhere else

 
FU.. !!! they really drives my crazy. They send me an email yesterday that no problem and will ship it and now on paypal:

"Please cancel dispute so we can ship."

NO WAY to cancel it before I´ll get my stuff

 
The reason they want you to cancel is so that PayPal will release the money they have on hold. When you dispute, PayPal locks the funds up to the amount of the transaction. If you cancel the dispute, Indo will get the money released, tell you to **** off, and you'll be out $1500 with no hope of getting it back. PayPal will NOT let you dispute it again.

If you cancel the dispute, you can kiss your shit goodbye.

Do NOT listen to Indo... these are the people who have lied to you over and over and over and over and.... why would you take their word for ANYthing?

Seriously, keep us informed as to what's going on, and ESPECIALLY keep those emails with Indo to fwd to Paypal... especially them trying to pressure you to cancel the dispute. That will go a long ways towards winning your PayPal dispute. If you win, you get your money back. Indo is out NOTHING if you win. They only refund your purchase price and go back to business as usual. If they happen to convince you to cancel, they get to keep your $1500 and they know you have no way to collect from them, ergo, your equipment will never arrive.

Dude, seriously, listen to the people here who have been scammed in the past... do NOT cancel your dispute!

 
Think about it... why would they want you to cancel the dispute?

If they ship your items NOW, and then PayPal asks them to provide proof that your items were sent and received, they can give PayPal the tracking information, and the case will be decided in Indo's favor, and they are out nothing, as if they simply filled your order from Day 1.

If they do nothing and PayPal asks for proof of the shipment, they will lose the dispute and your money will be refunded. Right? They can't provide proof of a shipment that never occurred.

Indo is telling you they can't ship until you cancel... if they honestly intend to ship your items, they should be willing to do so NOW, so that they can then prove to PayPal that they did so!
