i've been to indoaudio before, it's not a big place, i think my garage can store more than they can. but yeah, they tried to rip me off to. i just called them and said wtf, you sent me a broken sub, so they sent me out a new one the next day //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. but overall, f-them.

I also have had bad experience with indo audio back around i think 2003, they sent me a broke mtx 1501d, and would not fix it.. I eventually sent it to mtx and they repaird it... still ****** though..good luck.

Got a great deal on a Kenwood amp from Indo. However, this so-called John Hearn's support is terrible!

It was like deja-vu reading your correspondence with him. After two weeks of not getting a single to-the-point reply from him, I almost had it. As I was typing another email to him, asking him where my tracking number is, my sister walked in with the parcel through the front door. Needless to say, I couldn't believe it!

My advice to you - just be patient and wait for your order - you're not going to get squat information from this guy. Hopefully it will arrive sometime.

Then again, maybe I was just lucky...

File the claim. The stupid idiot can't even remember that you didn't buy the items from an Ebay auction but rather through direct sales. I know that if I handled a $1500 direct sale order, I would remember that guy and stop asking for item numbers. I think he is playing with you to stall for more time. File a claim to get the ball rolling and leave it up to them to prove that the order shipped.
