indash help! concept

i just installed my concept indash. Everything is working fine except im not getting PICTURE from the dvd. It just says when i turn it on, picture off for safety. How do i get past this? i think im suppose to have some sort of background while cds are playing and thats not showing either. Any ides? Thanks

Does this have a parking break wire that you need to ground for safety purposes? Manufactures put these in so you are not able to watch movies while driving. This is the only thing I can think of without actually looking at it.

Yeah im guessing you havent hooked up/bypassed the saftey wire...look for the wire and then PM me and ill help you

there is a parking brake wire but i didnt hook it up because i didnt see a wire on the original harness to hook it to.
