Incriminator Audio 40.1 Smoke

Hello I have 2 incriminator audio 40.1's bridged together on a 2 ohm load. They have worked fine for 2 months and all the sudden today i turned it up for like 5 seconds (not even THAT loud) and my master one starts smoking and goes into protect. The voltage never dipped below 13.8. It is staying in protect and wont come out of it. It went into protect once before but i restarted the car and it was fine. I guess it blew on me? What am i supposed to do now and what went wrong?
