Impedence rise

I have read alot of people mentioning this happen. Like they would state they have a 2000 watt amp that has 2000 watts at 2 ohms, but they have a bad rise so it makes the amp only produce 700. How do I measure my impendence rise?

If you arent competing, I wouldnt worry about it IMO
