ok background. i have a 2006 Chrysler 300c with the factory navigation and boston system. i bought a diamond audio D312 subwoofer and a Cerwin Vega XL600.1 amp. i need to hook the amp up but my headunit has no preouts.

i was told i could use a LOC, the PAC C2A-CHY, and now possibly the MTX RE-Q. all im trying to do is keep my factory amp for my factory boston stereo and just add another amp for my diamond audio sub.. which is the best way to go?

PLEASE HELP ME, BEFORE I GO NUTS!!!!!

Yep, any of those should work fine for you, all you need is something to convert high level speaker imput to low level rca output. I am not familliar with the MTX unit but if it converts the signal then it should work fine for you as well.
