Most smokers have an oral infatuation in which gum, mints, candy etc help out. for those who don't is harder
Great advice! I'll have to try that.Self control.
I broke my habitual patterns first. For instance, every time I got into my car, cigarette. Before going to work, cigarette. Lunch hour, cigarette. Leaving work, cigarette. I'd skip a few of those here and there, I started to break the habit that I had formed. My strong cravings only really lasted for the first week, after that I was pretty much in the clear.
It's only been a month now, but after the first week, just seeing how much easier it was to breathe, that was enough for me to stay off em for good.
i actually do have a healthier lifestyle. i'm on a 1500 cal diet. and i do go to the gym. my running is on the treadmill w/teh ipod. but i am leading myself in the right direction. it's just that initiative to quit smoking that will get me. in my head i want it. but i dont want it, want it.Get into a healthy lifestyle, go running, hit the gym, eat healthy.
smoking any type of leaves or plants cannot be good for you. No matter what they say.they are also known as indian cigarretes. they use real leaves, plant extracts..
