get the subs back & call scott at fi audio. he can probably build some recone kits for that driver w/ what soft parts you specify. then rebuild them yourself. when you order the rebuild kit just remember to get him to sell you some ca glue w/ activator. (the glue is really expensive. small bottle is about $30.00)

As far as Atomic subs, they're good subs. I cant really complain on how mine have performed, just dealing with them for parts is the pits. And for what its worth, it was Randy whom I solely delt with when I had such mishaps. I refused to talk to the asian chick there, ... talking to her was about as productive as asking voice mail how the weather is today.

If I was the owner of those ELE's, id just ask them to send that shit back to you with the recone parts. Call me and i'll talk you thru reconing them, or maybe send them to me for recones. I just hate seeing subs not put together because of shitty service.

Its really not that difficult to recone them, id suggest just buying the parts from randy (but make **** sure you tell him a few times what you want, even in emails to him) and buy some IC-2000 tough rubber CA and some Insta-set from BSI industries for the glue. Glue is about $15 from Hobbylinc online.

will see what i am gonna do with them, there on the back burner for now, i'm liken the hd315 i got now, so either i am gonna recone them as 10's and put them in my el camino, or see what parts i can get for them and put m in a burp box
