The lady hung up on him 2x for no reason also and laughed at him when he said he was going to call the better business bureau ..... Total BS

My atomic ELEs were $300 each, i paid not much more than that for my 4 Audiopipe 15s i have now, and i like the audiopipes better, and i can beat on these audiopipes those atomics i was scared to, and there rated at 2000wrms each.LOL.. yeah right and my d*ck is 14" long!!

hmm im gonna have to order 2 recones for the 2 ap/spl motors i have from them.......i called and they said theyd ship out within a few days from when i order them...i hope so... i talked to a few guys that had ran them and they said they were rated for 1000rms but would take 2kw daily....i hope so lol

peas thats messed up, i will never run another atomic sub, never!!! And recones you can get with in about a week, but you send any subs in for warranty claims then go buy new subs because its going to be awhile before your subs are back.

I order from atomic at times too. Let me mention the problems ive had so far :

I ordered two 4" coils for my RD audio SHW's (Atomic APXX's). After I payed for them on my credit card, I the bill never showed up on my account so I had to call them back every single day for a week JUST TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER PROCESSED! .... then the coils showed up with 2 less spiders than what was specified in the phone order. When I called them back to say "wtf" they just replied "well, you didnt say you wanted four spiders on the RD coils" (even though, they should probably know WTF they're selling in the first place when I clearly say in emails AND on the phone that "hey I want an RD SHW coil"...

So on that point, I said "ok, fine....i'll be more specific next time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif ... so how about this guys, why dont you just give me the exact Atomic inventory part number for the SHW 4" voice coils, so I can just email you the parts when I want them and that will be perfectly specific and clearly readable?" So then, I say .... "ok, let me order two new 18" cones......" They say "ok, cool...." and they bill me. Then I look at my banking account and there is $350 missing in addition to the cones I just purchased!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif WTF !?! before I could even get to call them, they call me on my cell phone and say "oh, hey.....by the way, did you want that Atomic APX 10? "" I just about flipped my fvcking lid with anger, they fvcked up my order and on top of that charged me $350 extra as a bonus. I got the shit reversed at my bank, but come on .... just horrible CS.

At first when I was dealing with RD audio to get recones for my subs, I got mad at steve because he was really slow on shipping and I never knew if I was getting the parts. After dealing with Atomic directly, I realize its not his fault and he's a victim of the lousey CS too.
