Hey Im New To Car Audio And I Have Question. I Got A 2200watt Rms System And I Just Bought A Kinetic Hc2000 Battery And A 6 Fared Cap. So I Was Wondering If I Really Need To Upgrade My Alternator If Im Just Planing To Play Music While Im Only Driving. My Alternator Is Giving Out 150 Amps.

Why Don't You Simply Hook Everything Up And See How It Goes? If You See Your Lights Are Dimming And Gradually Get Darker And Dim More, Then You're Going To Need To Look Into A New Alternator. BTW, You're Listening To Music Only When Driving Doesn't Matter. Either Your Alt Can Support The Draw Or It Can't

As For Your Capacitorzz, Do Not Hook It Up. Those Large Farad Caps Add Resistance To Your System. You Would Benefit More From Doing The "Big 3" Upgrade.
