This is probably a very stupid question but I am new to car audio...very new, so please bear with me. I just bought a 98 Altima and the back speakers are crap. I have a pair of 4X6 speakers from my old car and have made an adapter plate out of plexiglass to fit the 6.5" hole. So the speakers can be securely mounted but the problem lies with the connections between the wires. The wires in the Altima have a connection that looks like this:
The old connection which run off of the speakers look like this:
I hope those show up.
My question is, what do I do to make this work!? Is there an adapter connection that I can use or do I have to cut the wires and put new pieces on? If anyone knows what to do, how to do it, and where to get the materials, please please let me know!
