I'm looking for some new music

I'm looking for some new music to listen to because some people have some good taste in music. What I'm really looking for is some bands that are similar to The Fashion if you've ever heard them. Also any rap bands like The Roots or Gym Class heroes would be cool too. I like stuff that sounds different like I really like Passion Pit. Any suggestions?
