ok. after driving around today w/ my car basically stripped of all panels. I noticed that I like the rearview mirror NOT being there. The stage feels to be wider.

after eating some crawfish, i had a looong night finishing up the interior.

I finally got all the panels back on. I didn't wait for the liquid eDead to fully dry, so my car was full of the odor in the morning... especially because I had all the windows rolled up because i was doing some listening before I went to sleep.

one bad thing i discovered is that I have some small rattles coming from the c-pillar panel, which I shall tend to tonight when i get home from school.

I'm trying to do my best to get rid of all rattles, but I feel that it is almost impossible.. for me at least. when i play songs that have prominant bass guitar stums brings out the rattles the most. One song in particular is the first track off of Common's album "Be"

All of what the pictures show took about 4 days of work. more + more deadening. after a layer of liquid eDead, i applied some more cheapo deadening and another layer to liquid to make it stay put.

I also redeadened the door panels, well the front door panels that is. Before this the rear doors were untreated.

the fronts received some cheap deadener + a layer of liquid on top

for the doors themselves, all i did was add on some foam to some spots.

Np man , be sure to keep us all updated. once i get my front stage amp for my Massive CK6 stage 2 6.5 comp set i plan on doing alot of sound deading my rear deck , doors , redoing my trunk . so can't wait till christmas till save up cash till then 2 get my front stage amp/deadner . but keep up your great work dude and keep us all updated with pics/info.

So i had these laying around, but couldn't think of a place to use them.

I did use some acoustic foam padding on the ceiling, but forgot to take pics.

and here's the rear w/ the panels back on.

There are suppose to be two panel pieces that cover the two sides that still reveals the deadening, but i had to cover the holes that held them in place. I will find a way to have them stay on

thanks. It's really worth the effort. The deadening make a huge difference. I don't hear any echoes whatsoever when i speak, and the road noise significantly decreased. I just have to treat the floor.

One thing that I really noticed is that my car accelerates much faster than it did when i had my heavy ported box. the ride is just so much better. being a 4 cylinder Camry, it can use all the help it can get.

All of the install pics were already taken care of, but I did take some misc. pics just for the hell of it.

IB FTMFW...

To this day the best sub stage I have had in my car was a pair of eD 16Ov.2's IB.

They got loud as balls when I wanted, But sounded amazing and got very low. Despite my ugly *** install.

I am about to come back to IB with an eD 19Ov.2...

that should get the job done pretty well.
