I get double time and a half, if I work holidays.

That's pretty typical in a manufacturing environment which is what I'm in. In fact, I worked Easter just several weeks ago.

Weekend shift also has the option of a one time deal (once a year)to turn in 40 hours from vacation if the person has enough vacation hours. I'm sitting on 225 right now lol. I gots quite a few huh
