Autozone has a wire stretcher, can't recall the part number of it off hand but it is a commonly sold item for them.

Is the wire secured in the dash by some zipties or something? If it is cut those and it may reach. If not walmart has a universal antenna adaptor

yeah, lemme tell ya. Go buy the universal adapter, its a two piece part. Use the one piece you need, and you can return the other piece in the packaging and get your money back. Heehee. They don't bother looking, and it looks legit when you take it back, no shifty eyes.
