I havn't weighed myself in like 6 months, but I know I was close to 240. I used to have a ton of Mt. Dew everyday. That was bad on the weight and the teeth. About 3-4 months ago I stopped drinking Mt. Dew completley, and only drink water, and some milk. I bet I have dropped 10 pounds just by changing that alone. It might be more then that. Everyone tells me they notice I have lost some weight so it is definetly noticeable.
