Talk about unhealthy. You'll just end up gaining it back if you lose it that quickly.
honestly it is just my diet right now

4-6 tacos or double cheeseburgers at 2am a few nights a week

a 12 pack or more beers 4 nights a week

i just need to get that crap under control and losing it will be no problem

im 351 down from 387 in 5 weeks i was 270 and a tank now after getting hurt at work i became a blimp. i f-up my foot couldn't work like i used to and ate the same gained a hundred pounds in a year. if i get back to 270 ill be happy i just beat the punching bag now and eat less its working so far.

At your size with proper diet and exercise you should lose at a 2-3 pound rate per week on the high side. Losing too fast will develop things like gallstones and lose skin

cut that shit out of your diet and you will most likely be amazed with how fast you lose weight
