a 12 pack or more beers 4 nights a week
i just need to get that crap under control and losing it will be no problem
At your size with proper diet and exercise you should lose at a 2-3 pound rate per week on the high side. Losing too fast will develop things like gallstones and lose skinhonestly it is just my diet right now
