I'm kinda in the same position. I'm sitting around 205 and I'd like to see 180-185 again. Slow work, winter months and drinking to much beer have plagued me. I have 2 weddings that I am in this June and I'd like to see a good 20-25 lbs gone by then. I'll admit, its not as easy as I thought it would be. I'm really waiting for warmer weather when I'll have constant work and be able to get back outside and run again. I'm trying to cut my calories back but like I said earlier, not as easy as I thought. I wish all you guys luck in getting to a good health weight!!
