HAHAHA, Your skinny man, I PROMISE you I weigh more then anyone on this forum...not bragging either, just stating the facts...But I'm setting up a surgery this year that will fix that problem..

a friend of mine had that surgery. i didnt see him for 6 months and didnt even recognize him. i think he lost at least a few hundred pounds

i am 6'5" so i am still taller than round so no need for that

 
I'm kinda in the same position. I'm sitting around 205 and I'd like to see 180-185 again. Slow work, winter months and drinking to much beer have plagued me. I have 2 weddings that I am in this June and I'd like to see a good 20-25 lbs gone by then. I'll admit, its not as easy as I thought it would be. I'm really waiting for warmer weather when I'll have constant work and be able to get back outside and run again. I'm trying to cut my calories back but like I said earlier, not as easy as I thought. I wish all you guys luck in getting to a good health weight!!

 
Liquor still = empty carbs = gain weight. Any drinking is a bad idea... that and the soda. I'd cut that sh1t out if I were you. You probably should have a doctor check how your hearts doing after all that punishment too. heh

 
im 351 down from 387 in 5 weeks i was 270 and a tank now after getting hurt at work i became a blimp. i f-up my foot couldn't work like i used to and ate the same gained a hundred pounds in a year. if i get back to 270 ill be happy i just beat the punching bag now and eat less its working so far.

i went from about 280 to 230 in 4 months, it just takes a day to day commitment. your goal should be more of a life-style change than to lose weight. if you can pick up better eating habits and make yourself become more active the weight loss will come.

 
Wow scooby. You eat a lot of shit. I would feel tired and like shit if i ate like that.

Start lifting weights(hard) none of that ***** machine stuff and start running. Most importantly in your case, watch your diet.
