I have been ripped off.

Ordered from them and they sent me the wrong ish and had a hellacious time having them fix it and still didn't get it all resolved and just decided to swallow my pride.

yeah i got a refurb viper 1100.5 from them and it died like a month later, it took a few months to get anything out of them. had the bbb send them a msg and they gave me store cred and i got a refurbed orion 600d that worked great

I ordered these from them about three weeks ago and ended up cancelling the order because they were on backorder for about 1 month.
