i ordered my tires on sun july 10th at7:03 pm stating that i would get a shipping number e-mailed to me when they were shipped. It wasnt until i complained on Friday the 15th. That they delivered the e-mail stating that my tires would come in around wen july the 20th. The friday e-mail did shut me up until i realized that all UPS had actually picked up is a notice of the shippment. So i called them on monday and the lady told me that they wouldnt ship out monday. I demanded my money back Knowing that my tires would never make it from oregon to SC in two days. So after a lot of bitching back and forth she gave me my money back. I went to another tire dealer in town and bought tires. So today i go to get gas and i have no money come to find out they charged my account a unathorized charge and now im almost 300$ in the negative. The place has repeatedly lied to me about the ship date and now is making me jump through hoops to get my money back. However just yesterday it was so easy for them to refund the money...so i have no tires from them and no money. Don't believe me just Google all the rave reviews from all the other people they screwed over.

As for the charge, I would contact your credit card or bank account and explain. They will give a temporary credit and then investigate. If you what you say is true, you will be fully reimbursed when they are through.

They said they cant do it...even though all the proof is there that they cant...it just so happened there was a corporate guy there and he actually came out to my car and talked about it with me...he said if we had to he would hook me up with the district attorney...im pretty much ready to smear thease guys name in the mudd...may be i could sue them for pain and suffering ha

By law, when you dispute a claim/charge they have to look into it. They do not have the option to say no. I would see a lawyer and sue both companies.

I get almost all my tires from tirerack.com actually. Unless it is for a demo car/truck then they come from who ever is the sponsor.

By law, when you dispute a claim/charge they have to look into it. They do not have the option to say no. I would see a lawyer and sue both companies.
