If you had your music playing in your car and passenger closes the car door, does it

Lets say if I had my car stereo was playing music and then my passenger closes the door will it damage the speakers since when you close the door I assume there will be vibration effect to the speakers

If you can simulate a 10000W sub pounding with your doors closing then you might have a chance surviving it. Also if you have rice paper for cone material and jaw breaker gum for surrounds, then closing a automatic window or sunroof can cause an issue. In short, get that paranoid out of your head and just play music. You probably used really cheap free stuff to think and feel that way.

Do your factory speakers fall apart with their paper cones and foam surrounds when you close the doors? Do your windows shatter?

Yes, They can be damaged so weld your doors shut, and remove the windows so you can still enter the vehicle.

Guy is from the UK, that's probably the quality they get over there. Does your ipod headphones stop working when inserting it in your ears while playing some hard tunes? Mine does so I ended buying Bose noise canceling headphones, I hear nothing at all because it cancelled all the noise. I should have bought Noise Canceling except the music, theres always a next time.

I thought EVERYBODY knew that you had to turn the stereo off before opening or closing the doors. Especially when you open the doors. If you open them too fast, the vacuum can invert the cone, causing the voice coils to be fully extended. When that happens, BAM!!! Instant short in the coil.

Surely I'm not the only one that knows this?????
