If one fuse in a distro block blows, will power not go through the other fuse?

Do you have any way to check the fuse? A meter, a continuity tester, or anything like that? Or a voltmeter to check for voltage on the output side of the distro block?

problem solved...my remote wire from the Headunit had gotten loose and was touching the ground to one of my amps. I was beating on my system pretty hard Saturday in almost 100 degree heat and that caused my remote wire to melt to my ground..

Got it all fixed now.
