IF i were to only RUN one batterie not multlple what kind

I would run an extra or two. It's very easy. Make a good chassis ground in the back and connect it to the battery negative and run a large piece of 1/0 cable (or two) to the front battery. youll also wanna do the big three if you havent.

^^^ pretty much sums it up, but if you still only want to run 1 battery you need to know what's the biggest size (group) you can fit under your hood and that will determine if you can use just 1 battery. If you can fit a group 65 or larger you should be ok (depending on the quality of the battery you choose), but anything smaller than that you'll need another battery.
