ideas to install speakers

ok so I have a 1992 toyota 4runner. It has no factory door speakers so the only way to install some would be to custom cut and everywhere i have asked says there would be no room anyway cuz the window would not be able to roll down.

the only speakers in the car are my two 4" dash which I have already replaced with some pioneer which helped a little but they are still not loud enough, i even hook up a small amp to them but you cant give those too much power without them blowing.

I also have some speakers in the very back which no sound comes out of cuz i think they are just blown. I can replace those but the problem is I have 2 15" subs in the back right next to those two speakers and I dont think replacing those will do much considering my subs will just over power them.

I looked at kick panel enclosures but those are pretty expensive. Are there any other ways for me to get some loudness so i can actually here the music and not just bass.....

Kick panels would be the best.

As far as people telling you door speakers won't work... who is everyone? Did you go to any independent stereo shops? I'd ask them to check... someone needs to pull a door panel and measure... unless they are that familiar with the vehicle already. Also, a shop could build the speaker out on the door.
