Ideas on woofer?

Just making sure before I make a purchase. Looking for 15" Woofers. They will be in a ported enclosure.

As of right now, the number one and the best on my list is a PowerBase/Powerbass woofer. Model number PB-B1564

Three requirements.

A) Cheap

B) Efficient

C) Power Handling between 250-400 rms per woofer.

Ideas? SQ isnt the ordeal, more or less lookin to get my budget build kinda loud.

Any other stupid cheap ideas? As in say 75 each or less shipped per woofer?

And the reason I'm saying so cheap is because I'm trying to do everything for under 750-800 dollars.

I did a build under $800 with two audioque sdc2.5 12's, a used sundown sae 1000d, PG RSD comps with kicker amp and a used headunit for $100 bucks gets real loud when you want it to. Not hard to get loud on that kind of budget if you don't mind buying used equipment.

you can get you a 18" audioque hdc3 for like 280 - 290 i think

I mean, by all means I could find a way to do four 18's, but then A) I need the power and B) I need the electrical to back that power up.

SDC's would do the job and don't require a huge amp or massive electrical to back it up. 2 of them off a 1200D would be a great combo.

The single 15" Q in the GF's car off 1k of power does very well for a budget set up...
