Certainly nowhere near the 3 or 4 grand previously mentioned. but still not cheap by any means.

but there wouldn't be the correct amount of square/cube feet of what the subwoofer needs. Would it be practical? Probably not, but it is possible.

OP if you have so much experience and are set on your type r's and u know where to get your "quality" amps for dirt cheap, then why the fvck are you on here just stirring up trouble? Several good members have given sound advice which you asked for, you then pushed it aside and said that they were wrong and you were right and had everything figured out. What was your goal when you made this thread?
