Jared also did this crazy diet where he took TONS of supplements every day, and would eat ONE 6'' sandwich every 2 days.why not just have a subway sandwhich? jared did it.
Yes it has been old. this isn't all I eat, but it is th least appetizing lunch I prepare. Spinach is nearly always the leaf though. I do turkey strips, chick strips or turkey bacon. Somedays I just do a protein shake. This diet has been old for over 2 months now, but so is my weight.Well it's certainly healthy, but would get old after day #1

30 and sandwiches have carbs yo twit. That is the last thing I need is any carbs.how much calories t=does that v8 have? i would cut that shit out and make a sammich no mayo lots of mustard and water with a large salad, would tase better and you prolly would like it better i donno . i used to eat tuna no mayo 2 cans a day and it killed me 1-2 spoon fuls every 2-3 hours i hated that shit
Some shit the doc gives me. I don't add anything to it, because he hasn't instructed me to. The box just says VHP.What kind of protein shakes are you taking? And what are you mixing them with?
My doc says I need as little as possible right now. I know they aren't evil. This diet program is under the direction of a doctor. This is what he says. He says he will adjust as I lose.You can't think fo carbs as the devil.
You don't need excess of carbs but you need some to keep your energy level up.
