While a lot of what you are saying is true but a little HFCS and processed foods is probably a lot better than what he was doing and seems to be working for them. Everyone has there own way of getting healthy and your choice is not going to be right for everyone.

im already taking my own advise and i feel good healthy and i work out have tons of energy and i aint as bloated as before i dont plan to lose all the wight ASAP im doing it over a period of time. so it will be like 1-2 years to be ripped. id rather feel good and have energy then be starved and have no energy .

No coronary here and I am quite calm. I know what food is, but you seem to like to speak when you have no clue about the conversation or what I was ever implying. Talking out of your *** is a common disease around here, help stamp it out.

It tastes good and does offer vitamins and minerals. I eat the spinach and tuna for nutrients. I wash the bland down with my V8.

I did steamed veggies and grilled chicken or fish in small portions + exercise and lost 15lbs in 2 weeks
I do meal like that too. this one is th most bland and boring but it is easy to throw in the bago on the way to work. I am down by 25 Lbs since starting.
