dude it is his fault for being dumb, but its your fault for following him down the quick sand and being equally "not smart"
yah but it's his responsibility to refund/make it right... however that works out... I'd do the same for someone who purchased products from me, my references would attest to that... sigh... ohh well, I'll wait and see...dude it is his fault for being dumb, but its your fault for following him down the quick sand and being equally "not smart"
thanks, good luck in getting anything back. Hope it works out well.
The Oz ME's I was refering to was the component set vs the rainbow germaniums.. I'd probably do just 1 brahma/idmaxhow many oz me's and how many brahmas/idmax. If you want output i would go for either brahmas or oz... just from what i heard personally from those two subs and what ive read on this forum about the idmax.
I got an email from him, he seems like a good guy. I think it'll work out all right...Good luck Acidic. I do not see this ending up the way you are hoping as the seller shipped exactly what was pictured regardless of the errors in the written description.
Yes, it is a seller's responsibility to accurately describe what it being offered for sale. On the flipside of that same coin, however, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify ("trust but verify" as we hear the gov't tell us so often) anything questionable in a listing prior to committing to the purchase.

Yeah, emailing him politely and telling him the situation was probably the best thing and most likely the only way you'd get any money back. Even so, it's going to cost you to ship it back to him and I'll bet he won't refund shipping that you paid him to ship to you. Good luck on the rest of the transaction.I got an email from him, he seems like a good guy. I think it'll work out all right...

I imagine I'll get a refund and not the ME's... in which case I'm selling everything and starting over... memphis belle + rainbow germaniums + some sub that doesn't need 4cuft per subThe pic on that auction shows the Vector series.

And when you get some MEs.. Be forwarned they are power hungry.. They will actually be a little underpowered with your amp. Recommended power for the 180's are 125watts to 225 watts. I have 180watts each going to all 4 of mine right now.
