i think something is wrong with my pec

Yea and you know what, he might be big now, but when he stunts his growth...hes gonna look like a little turd. DONT lift to hard man, you dont need to be racing to 300 any time soon. There is no point, shit you might not even be able to have a baby yet at 13 (if your a late bloomer) so there is no point in gettin all buffed up for the ladies yet

 
the whole thing about lifting stunting your growth is nothing but a myth
cant say i've ever heard of that...it would do nothin but positive if you go about it the right way...if you lift to much it is possible you could see a bit of ups and downs...thats why i keep it constent yet not to much

1. stunting growth is nothing but utter bullshit. show me the statistics on it then i'll believe you.

2. i hate it when people say that i workout just to get women. **** women, i workout for myself and trying to get my weight down since it negatively impacts my MA training.

 
i was doing the pec deck today and now my right pec spasms like a mofo whenever i move it. it hurts really bad too when i cross my arms...any muscle experts?
Can you sit there and see it 'pulsing' ... like twitching?
