nah its not really a bad thing, just at that age, your muscles are not grown enough and you can damage them lifting, its better to start out when you mature more. yada yada. my bro was a trainer.

yeah i know a few trainers there well (one was a former bodybuilder..guy literally maxxes out the machine and bungees more on. no shit) and they tell me what and what not to do

^ true...just don't over-do it cause you're still developing naturally.
