Thanks 4 the input... IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE that can recommend a build with my situation? anyone I have PM'd Jmac, but no response as of yet....

A ported box will fit but it would be facing the rear door. And will be too close.

Your best option is to build a ported box that is shallow and will fire up. Or build one, remove the 3rd row seat, and take it out when you need the seating. How many people do you plan on lugging around in your car all the time anyways? Only someone 12 or under can sit in the 3rd row comfortable anyway.

Nope. With the space restrictions, your going to need to think of a different setup. Seal them, get rid of the 3rd row, smaller woofers, or swap them out when you need the space.

Yeah, I was thinking sealed from jump once i realized what i had in these woofers.. So, Any ideals how this may sound base on your knowledge??
