It has to be your box then. Inspect the box carefully, make sure it is not cracked or split anywhere. Make sure it is all sealed with silicone or caulking. Maybe better get a new box.

Did he caulk the joints of the enclosure? If not, then you can almost guarentee you have leaks...

And did this problem just start happening out of no where, or was it always like this?
