My MX sounds just as good as a W7 IMO, and i have seen some SX sound as good as a W7 or better.

i haven't personally seen the new MX or XXX, so i can't comment. however, there isn't anything special at all about the SX. just a 3" VC sub w/ average parameters and shitty cooling, not even worth the old $300 price tag imo.

If anything with all thats gone into the MX and the XXX they SHOULD be on par or above with a w7 .. And thats when we all thought the xxx was 6-800 bux... I have both a w7 and a sx 12 and there is no way possible a sx will outdo a w7 at anything... Ive had many hours and days of building and testing them .. The sx lacks low end ( to the w7) and sq at 30 35 or 40 hz tuned enclosures is nothing to brag about/... My $.02
