i am currently running 1500 watts peak power in my system aproximately 1100 rms. i have a 1.0 farad capacitor running to my sub amp that peaks at 1000 watts. if i were to run an additional capacitor to my rf551x do i have to use a bus bar or can i wire it off of the seperate 4ga power wire from the battery? will this cause problems? its a 95 chevy blazer standard battery and alternator. thanks

List the equipment by brand and model#. Ignore peak ratings, they are meaningless for the most part. A cap does not create power, it uses and stores it. If you are having power issues right now, a second cap will only make matters worse. What have you done to the grounding circuits in the vehicle, ie the BIG 3 or Big 4?
