I really need help ( mosfet transistor for my directed)

Hi, my directed1100d has some damaged mosfet transistors. I cannot find them neither equivalent ones in my country:S Its the IRFB31N20D, anyone knows where can i buy like 10 of these+ i need them shipped to my country:S Or if u could tell me what equivalent transistors will work, maybe i will find some where i live. All the internet sites of companies require me to buy like 300 as a package, they dont sell 5 or 10.....What so u think?

I have a hard time believing Mouser, Jameco, MCM, Digi-Key, etc...don't sell individuals or small packs.

Yeah sure 10 seconds of google search, but what u didnt notice is that the minimum package for international shipping is 250 transistors Thx anyway
