Sell the comps and get two good twelves.......

Port them in a custom built box from someone on here and be done with it.....

4-6 12"s is gonna need more room than you can give ported

Youre going to need as much room for 2 18s as you would with 6 12s unless you want to seal the 18s.

If you went with the dimensions you just posted then you have about enough room for a pair of 12s ported.

With the dimensions you gave, you only have 7.2 cubes of airspace which is not nearly enough for even 4 12's. 3 could be done but In my opinion you should dump the kickers on craigslist and pick up a nice 18 that would do well off 2k (death penalty, 9518, nightshade, etc) Where are you at in Pa ? I possibly could build it for you, I've done a couple box's so far and they all turned out very nice, never carpeted on though just painted.

Four 12" Kicker Comps will need 7 cubes AFTER woofer and port displacement. Do you understand this?

The dimensions you have provided (30x30x13) will be right around 5.4 cubes. Do you understand this?

What you want to do isn't possible. Do you understand this?
