i ported my box but the bass isnt as loud now did i do it wrong

what the hell happend i have a box it was sealed it holds six 12s and each sub in the box is seperatly sealed in a 1 foot cube so i ported each cube six of them with 2d 4L ports

so i thought the would make it 39herts

wtf happend because its not as loud as it was when it was sealed its like so soft now its gay

You need to build a completely new box. You can't simply add a port to a sealed box and expect it to sound good.

If you go ported, you need more airspace. Like 1.75 cubes each. And not 2" ports. And tuning is closer to 45hz by my calculations.

Not that you'll actually listen to their advice...

1 cubic ft for a 12"? seriously, i don't even build a ported box for a 10" that small.

try 7 or 8 cubic feet ported with 3 4" PSP aero ports to 32hz...Make sure it is braced and sealed.

it was a sealed one but i ported it and i think i ruined it maybe it will work if i take all the dividers out the box is
