Ok, i'm goin no more than $150 a sub, preferably 800 watts. And no more than 3 subs. Does the ohms matter that much??? Is it ok if the subs ohms are more than the amps ohms?

Ohms are important, to get the maximum wattage(rated ohm stability) from the amp. Plus many other things
