I had bought it for my ex gf to drive...I haven't driven it 5 times since I've owned it which I've had it for over a year now...It does get about 35 mpg which is pretty cool...I'll probally give it to my daughter or sale it and buy her VW bug thats what she really wants.....

I like it when he posts the pics. Although I am not nearly as materialistic, seeing people with great wealth gives me a goal to attain or something to shoot for. No diss to Dave, but he is small fries compared to people I look to for guidance, but still. It helps motivate me to spend more time investing.

Well, it's still questionable to me how he asmassed the wealth. I really don't believe he made it at Wal-Mart or recycling cans. But still, I'd think it would be rather fun to one day have a hobby I could enjoy however I wanted and just blow it all. What I fear the most is that I may die or something before I get to do something like that or my son/daughter does something like that and jacks their life off working in retail instead of building a family legacy.

If he is involved, I don't think he is the guy on the corner. The large amount of discretionary purchases that aren't tracable really are indicators of your suggestion.

I try to save/invest to support myself in retirement but no way am I planning a legacy of funds or family wealth for my kids. I got myself to where I am from nothing, my kids can do the same. Raising a booger eater for 18 years is gift enough then they get booted off into the real world to make their own way.

I own it now...I paid cash for it because I hate owing on anything...Though I still owe $4000 on my 2007 Focus ST.....its only 0.9% intrest so it don't really cost me anything to pay on it....
