I need to get rid of the distortion...

OK as you can see in my setup I have two amps. Both are getting their own signals from my crossover. The gain for the ProMos is all the way down and I have the Sundown at 1/4. Now normally, I won't go over 70/80 on the deck for normal listening. But when I want to get it really loud, I'll take it to 75/80 but then my mids will start to distort as well as the tweeters. The line outputs on the crossover are all at 3/4 (input signals to the amp). What should I do to get my sub to be loud at 70/80 so I don't distort my mids? Also, if anyone knows anything about this crossover, I can't fade my front speakers without losing power to the sub. If I fade to the rear, my speakers get less power but so does my sub. Basically everything acts as if its on the front stage even though the sub has a non fading input going from the deck to the crossover and when you unplug that RCA from low pass input on the crossover, the sub continues to play. LMK if you can help, thanks guys.

Could there be switches on the crossover for different configurations? It seems that the crossover is taking the signal from only one set of RCA's and dividing the signals. How many sets of RCA's are going into this crossover? A good crossover will have multiple inputs with multiple outputs. If your sub has its own separate RCA output from the deck then your deck should be able to control your low pass freqs without using the crossover.

It has two inputs, low pass input and main input. It seems low pass input dos nothing. The switch is on 3 way and the only other switches are 180 phase and low pass fader on.
