I need to get rid of a cold.

I work in a pretty small office environment with a bunch of women that stay sick all the time, i just got over being sick this weekend but then started back to work and what you know I am sick again. I have a date this saturday and I want to try to get rid of this **** cold and keep it away before then. Anyone got suggestions on how to get rid of a cold quick and any suggestions on how to keep immune to the colds at work? I heard that the Airborn or something that teachers use works
