I need to convert a video!

I have a WMV video and I need it in any of the following formats: MP3, MPEG, AVI, MPA, MOV, QT, SWF, to upload to a website. How can I convert to any of these?

TMPGEnc is the best tool to convert to MPG1 or MPG2. Includes demux, mux and join options. Virtualdubmod (free) is the best tool to encode to XviD/DivX or from VOB. Endless possibilities. Go to Doom9.org forum for professional advice on audio/video, Virtualdub, XviD, Avisynth. Lots of professionals there who developed these tools and can answer all your questions. Also videohelp.com forum, tools section and converting guides.
