Show me the print out of that. $700 can buy you alot if you know the right people. I just said crappy JL's in reference to yours. The w7 is a very impressive sub for SQ. Keep in mind JL is centered around SQ not SPL.

Hmmm let's see, I have a trunk setup, no deadening, was using 8 guage wiring, was on the TL from the glass, car off, doors shut, windows up, hole in my enclosure where speaker wires come out from which changes my frequency, tuned for daily, not spl and off 700w. I got louder than 2 12" JL W6's of a 1000/1 by a full 3 dB. Tell me how the other JL setup is measured, what mic, etc. JL is overrated and noobs are attracted to them thinking its high end. You think JL has the best amps, get back to the drawing board, open a book, look into Sinfoni, and McIntosh to name a couple. I was in no way showing off what I hit because surely it can be much louder. People like you think they can talk shit to those who know more than you and you get butt hurt about it and take everything to heart. 700 bucks is quite a bunch for some people. LOL. I thought he was sayin a soundstream 3500, as in the picasso..if its the soundstorm thats like max wattage to the third power, haha. I honestly recommend upgrading your amp and sub.
