Ok so if you have seen my build log and my IB baffle, well it is sagging a little and i dont see anyway its going to not sag more, maybe it wont but i will not take the chance.

Anyways the baffle is made of fiberglass about 12-15 layers and has 3/8" nylon rope for extra support, however this appears its not enough.

Wood is not an option due to the contour of the baffle, my dad was telling me he use to know of a type of resin like material that i can pour in the bottom they will stiffen the shit out of it.

Does anyone know of anything like this or anything similar, i really wanna get my build done.
