I prefer dynamat xtreme. It is the best noise suppresant (tested), and very easy to apply. Some of those other ones are a real project, you gotta make your own glue, it stinks, it gets everywhere

Stay away from the ones where the adhesive is seperate

Everything you have said is complete nonsense. Dynamat Xtreme is pretty good stuff, but I'd love to see the tests you referenced. As far as sound deadeners with separate adhesive? That's a new one to me, but I've only been testing these products for a few years. You may be more familiar with the market than I.

If you were more articulate, I'd suspect you were an employee of Dynamic Control. Since they certainly have more sense than that, I can only assume you are an idiot. How about proving at least one of your assertions. Short of that, how about you keep your false allegations and fear mongering to yourself?

Has any one ever used elemental design kind? here is a link: http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=52 It looks pretty cheap and it looks thinker then the dynamat ones i looked at.

i use it in my car and i like it. easy to apply and sticks very well. i used it in my doors but plan to continue my deadening journey with the same stuff.
