Ok, so my old klipsch speaker system that was plugged into my computer had to be removed because i broke the wire and now i bought a new pair of klipsch speakers which are a different brand, problem is i plugged them in with a normal aux cable and i can't get them to play any sound. I already checked my settings on the CPU and they are fine and nothing is muted. How can i fix this, i have been searching and no luck. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

are the the same brand or not??

how did you break the "wire", wherever this wire may be.
could be the sound card.
could be, but i don't know how many speaker systems come with installation software. If i need the software then it will be impossible to install them anyway.

i take that back, these other stock speakers work on my computer right now so it couldn't be the sound card. I am currently using some shitty speakers that you can barely hear just so i can have a little sound until i solve the problem.
